The owner has gone with a new and much needed upgrade to the heating system. He has gone to forced hot water from hot air oil - a big jump. He has also had all the power rewired in the house - another large upgrade as well. We are going back next week to insulate an start the hanging drywall. Thank God no animals perished in the fire. Today we began demolition of that section of the building. Within a week, this stall will be back up, with power and water.
