The demolition on Greely Street is done. The owner has gone with a new and much needed upgrade to the heating system. He has gone to forced hot water from hot air oil - a big jump. He has also had all the power rewired in the house - another large upgrade as well. We are going back next week to insulate an start the hanging drywall. Soon it will be home sweet home!

This home was flooded when pipes burst on the second floor due to a power outage. The restoration includes new sheet rock, flooring, ceilings and remodeling the kitchen and bath.

One section of this 3 horse stall barn was destroyed by fire due to faulty wiring. Thank God no animals perished in the fire. Today we began demolition of that section of the building. Within a week, this stall will be back up, with power and water. When we are finished, you won't even be able to tell that a fire occurred.

The owner's side of this duplex is almost finished. The second floor is complete, painted & carpeted. The first floor is painted and the kitchen vinyl floor installed. Only a few more weeks until this family can come home!
