Ragged Mt. Vacation Home repair

This vacation home was destroyed by 3 heat lines that burst and caused major damage. The entire home was gutted and then restored with brand new interior, electric, heating systems and flooring.

Barn completed.

The barn is almost done.

Every thing is done on the stall except the tin roof and the power, which is set up to be done this week. All went well and the place cleaned up great!

Fire restoration project begins

One section of this 3 horse stall barn was destroyed by fire due to faulty wiring. Thank God no animals perished in the fire. Today we began demolition of that section of the building. Within a week, this stall will be back up, with power and water. When we are finished, you won't even be able to tell that a fire occurred.

Owner's side is finished!

The owner's side of this duplex has been completed, and they have started moving in!

Subflooring & plumbing in.

The petitions are in and the sub-flooring is in. The shower units are installed and the plumbing is being installed by Progressive Mechanical. The walls were treated for smoke with Pro-block...

Fire Restoration begins.

Rick Bagley Contracting, LLP begins a new project restoring a home that was severely damaged by fire. The upper floors were badly damaged leaving a hole in the roof. We had to completely remove the roof on this house.

Repair of water damage due to frozen pipes.

Below: Pipes froze and burst due to poor insulation at this condo in Weare. We not only replaced the damaged flooring and ceiling, but also repaired the root cause by providing the proper insulation around the pipes.
