Finish Basement

The owners elected to finish their basement and use the space as a home office and workout area. We installed a oak stairway to give the space an attractive makeover, the owners wants to install their own rod iron railing and do their own painting . Please check back with us mid-spring to see the finished results of this finished basement.

Chichester repair.

This 140 + year old house had major rot problems due to a water tracking issue. We opened it up and found more damage than expected. After removing the siding, sheathing and insulation we discovered rotten framing.

We reframed it, installed new insulation, new sheathing and siding. We re-caulked it and prepped for paint. Notice the ice & water shield in the pics below. This was installed over the entire area to prevent this from happening again.

New barn, restoration project begins.

Converted old garage into beautiful living space.

This home had an old garage that was rotting and not very useful. Rick Bagley Contracting was able to transform it into beautiful living space. The roof was raised and a second story added to create a family room and a den. A new breezeway was added and a deck as well.
