This client had an attached two car garage that they wanted to convert to living space. They needed to add a guest bedroom, game room area, sports bar, and a 3/4 bathroom.

This home had an old garage that was rotting and not very useful. Rick Bagley Contracting was able to transform it into beautiful living space. The roof was raised and a second story added to create a family room and a den. A new breezeway was added and a deck as well.
