We are here to rebuild a three year old home in Salem NH. The house was damaged due to a gas line failure. The cast gas line was the cause. After the demolition of the entire interior, the framing was removed and the remaining framing reworked. To prevent the smell of smoke, the house was treated with Problock a pigment based product. Now we are ready to re-plumb the house and move forward.

Allenstown

This 24x24 garage under will have a rumford fire place and hardwood floors. The owners have been here for over twenty years and this year is the upgrade experience they have wanted.

This 140 + year old house had major rot problems due to a water tracking issue. We opened it up and found more damage than expected. After removing the siding, sheathing and insulation we discovered rotten framing.

We reframed it, installed new insulation, new sheathing and siding. We re-caulked it and prepped for paint. Notice the ice & water shield in the pics below. This was installed over the entire area to prevent this from happening again.

We are dressing up this home with exterior replacements. This not only increases the vale of the home, but also saves on energy costs. New windows, insulation, storm doors and siding will help the oner save on expensive heating costs this winter.

We are doing some upgrades on this new home and building a new barn.
Upgrades include modifications to the front porch, the inside stairway, the steps inside the garage and a side porch.

Every thing is done on the stall except the tin roof and the power, which is set up to be done this week. All went well and the place cleaned up great!

One section of this 3 horse stall barn was destroyed by fire due to faulty wiring. Thank God no animals perished in the fire. Today we began demolition of that section of the building. Within a week, this stall will be back up, with power and water. When we are finished, you won't even be able to tell that a fire occurred.

The owner's side of this duplex is almost finished. The second floor is complete, painted & carpeted. The first floor is painted and the kitchen vinyl floor installed. Only a few more weeks until this family can come home!

The petitions are in and the sub-flooring is in. The shower units are installed and the plumbing is being installed by Progressive Mechanical. The walls were treated for smoke with Pro-block...
